I don’t have a News Page here, yet. So, for now, I guess I’ll make announcements on the blog?

I've been keeping busy, radio-wise
What’s even weirder is this Blog was SUPPOSED to be distracting me from social media. The idea was, I’d post stuff to my own blog, rather than social media which, during trying times, is a soul-sucker. I hate it there.
And yet, what do we have here? It’s a selection of posts I made first on the socials, gathered together, to paste here. That’s backwards, though.
Here we go...
October 26, 2025
I sat down for a really great interview with Ergo Phizmiz and Lottie Depresstival, on Sound Art Radio, recently.
It’s airing this Halloween, 10/31, from 2-4pm, in the UK.
We talked about sound collage, copyright (is this still something which needs discussing? Alas, yes), AND artificial “intelligence.” www.soundartradio.org.uk
And stay tuned, as well, in November.
On Thanksgiving Day (11/27/25), Roots Radio on The Sonic Planet will be airing my Dr. Johnny Fever mix, twice. Once at noon, and again at six, with a special surprise… thesonicplanet.com

Demystify with Neil Mitchell aired Radio Retrofit this morning and even took some time to do a nice interview with Yours Truly (I’m truly yours, if you didn’t know).
(Our interview starts around 25:00)
Here’s the link to Listen (and See!) https://vimeo.com/1127571097
(Watch the whole thing to hear it incorporated into an episode of Radio Retrofit!)
In Other News: CFRC 101.9 FM aired Radio Retrofit over the weekend, during the liturgical festival of Thanksgiving (celebrated in Canada, the 2nd Monday of October), in Kingston Ontario.

Radio Queen’s University played our Johnny Fever mix, and Hard Harry's, too (who is something of a local hero, from what I hear), the preceding Sunday, October 12th.
Thanks, CFRC!
And back in September, I conducted an interview, myself, for an art opening, here in Portland:
I spoke with The Portland Zine Symposium’s BB Andersson, as well as both Michael Walsh and Megan Hatch, with the Multnomah Arts Center, for KBOO Community Radio, about the exhibit which ran through October 25, at the Arts Center’s Front Gallery.

Listen here:
This was exciting, as it’s the first new interview I’ve produced, since getting back into radio a few years back.
PS the next Portland Zine Symposium will take place Saturday, November 8, and Sunday, November 9, 2025, at Smith Memorial Student Union Ballroom at PSU. I'll be there, with bells on. Just consuming. And loving it.
From earlier, in August:
I don’t know if I mentioned this here, when it happened, so while I’m just blatantly pointing to my own press clippings, let me share the link to an interview I did with Lance McAlister, in Cincinnati, back in August (8/20/25)...
I was interviewed by Lance McAlister on 700 WLW, in Cincinnati, who really loved the Fever Mix, for Radio Retrofit, and it was a pleasure to speak with him:
Never imagined myself on a Sports show, but Lance was super cool.
Listen to the archive HERE.
And from August: A write-up, digital or possibly in-print, idk. I never found the magazine, in stores, but the write-up, online was very nice, from Remind Magazine:
